Community Outreach

At Washington Cancer Institute, we value our commitment to the community. Our determination to win the fight against cancer is matched by our community outreach efforts and the many programs we provide.

Each year, the Washington Cancer Institute at Washington Hospital Center plans special programs to celebrate National Cancer Survivors' Day. More Information...

The Cancer Institute also supports a Spanish-language radio program hosted by Elmer Huerta, MD, director, Cancer Preventorium. This radio program is geared toward the Latino population and can be accessed here.

Below is a list of the community outreach programs and contact information. We invite you to join us in the fight against cancer and welcome you at any of these programs.
