MedStar Health Visiting Nurse Association

Arranging for a variety of home care services can be stressful and confusing, particularly when it’s necessary to contact several sources to get the care you need. We designed MedStar Health VNA to provide easy access for patients, families and referral sources. With one phone call, all home care needs can be coordinated through our adult or pediatric division.

We offer patients and families a complete range of treatment options, from nursing care and rehab services to infusion therapy, home medical equipment and hospice care. Under the direction of a physician, our health care professionals develop solutions for our patients’ varying situations, blending high-tech treatment with the comfort of home care. We strive to make the transition from hospital to home smooth and we can assure coordinated care from hospital to home and back to outpatient treatment when appropriate.

Our home care team is available to help 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling (301) 853-7500 or (877) 801-0309. The MedStar VNA offers a full spectrum of quality services to respond to any home care need, which include:
