Podiatric Surgery

The section of podiatric surgery at MedStar Washington Hospital Center specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of deformities and medical conditions as they relate to the foot. As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, both preventive and interventional procedures are provided to prevent morbid complications of diabetes, peripheral vascular disease and arthritis. Section members are board certified and available for in-house consultation. The podiatry clinic is available for outpatient care.
