
We value the privacy of your medical information as an important part of our “Patient First”pledge. To assure your privacy is respected, please designate one individual as your spokesperson to receive updates concerning your health information. This spokesperson can then relay your patient information to other members of your family and friends as appropriate. Your spokesperson can receive updated information concerning your care by calling the nurses station between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., or midnight and 1 a.m. Calling during these times will assure that a nurse is available to answer questions without interrupting patient care.
