Michelle Sullivan, CRNP
Michelle Sullivan was born in Germany and lived in Paris, France, for two years after receiving a language scholarship. After moving to the United States in 1989, she received her BS in Nursing from the University of San Francisco and her MS as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from the University of California at San Francisco. Ms. Sullivan has always liked home health and home hospice, and worked as a visiting nurse in San Francisco before moving to the East Coast in 1999. Other prior work experience includes working as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist for the Dean Ornish Retreats, an RN on a hematology/oncology floor, an instructor for undergraduate nursing students, and a Nurse Practitioner in Urogynecology. She views her position as Nurse Practitioner in the Medical House Call Program as the "icing on the cake." Ms. Sullivan is pursuing a master's degree in health administration at Johns Hopkins.
