Leonard Wartofsky, MD, MPH, MACP, is chairman of the Department of Medicine at Washington Hospital Center. He is professor of medicine, anatomy, physiology and genetics at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md., and professor of medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine. He is a clinical professor of medicine at the University of Maryland, Howard University and the George Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Wartofsky is board certified in Internal Medicine, and Endocrinology and Metabolism
