Guidelines for Abstract Submission

• All abstracts must have IRB approval.
• Abstracts submitted in previous years may not be re-submitted, unless additional research has been conducted.
• Abstracts that have been submitted for publication are eligible for the competition.
• Abstract length will be limited to 250 words.
• Abstracts must be submitted via the internet at http://teamport.medstar.net/WHC/MedicalAffairs/Abstract.nsf.
• Abstracts must be submitted online by Friday, February 10th at 5:00 pm. This deadline will not be extended.
