Treatment Planning

Treatment planning is mapped out on site using state-of-the-art computers and advanced diagnostic imaging. Our team includes radiation oncologists and physicists who work together using three-dimensional image of the body to program the computer software to provide comprehensive and tailored radiation therapy planning since each patient's needs are unique to their diagnosis.

Once your team is satisfied that the treatment is correct, the process is reviewed by an independent physicist and oncologist. The treatment plan then goes to the Chief Radiation Therapist for sign-off.

Once your team is satisfied that the treatment plan is correct, the process is reviewed by another independent physicist and the treatment plan is signed-off and given to the Radiation Therapist.

The patient is now ready for treatment visits.
