The Fibroid Center at MedStar Washington Hospital Center was the first dedicated fibroid center in the area, and is now the area’s busiest, most experienced program. Located in modern facilities on the Hospital Center campus, the program is a collaboration of gynecology and interventional radiology—experts in the diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids. The team offers virtually every treatment available.

The central location of the program on the campus allows for all services to be seamlessly coordinated, from an office visit to diagnostic imaging to surgery.
