Surgeons

Surgeons are physicians who are trained to remove or repair disease or to reconstruct damage to the body caused by trauma or disease.  The surgeons who are a part of the Thyroid Institute and Thyroid Cancer Center at Washington Cancer Institute at Washington Hospital Center are board-certified, and perform more thyroid and other endocrine surgeries than any hospital in the Baltimore/Washington area every year.
