We accept most managed care and commercial health insurance. Forms of payment also include all major credit cards, cash and checks.

During pre-registration, we will record all your medical insurance information, so we can pre-approve your treatment. That way, you will not have to give your information every time you come for a treatment visit, and we can assure your treatment runs smoothly.
