Rachel Scott, MD, MPH

Rachel Scott, MD, MPH, is an obstetrician and gynecologist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, and currently practices with the community outreach division at the Unity Health Clinics. She sees patients at both the Upper Cardozo and Hunt Place Community Health Centers. Dr. Scott's interests include gynecologic surgery and high risk obstetrics.

Dr. Scott joined MedStar Washington Hospital Center in 2010.

Training, Education and Research

Dr. Scott is a graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She earned her Master's Degree in Public Health from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Dr. Scott completed her postgraduate training at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York.

Dr. Scott's current research involves contraceptive counseling and use in HIV-positive women.
