To register for our classes please keep in mind early registration is a good idea. Class size is limited to 10 couples each month for optimum class participation. Registration is required for all classes, including free classes.
To register please complete the following form, print it,then mail it to us along with your check or money order. You may also send us the registration form electronically and call the office to make a credit card payment. Upon receipt of your payment and registration form you will be notified that your registration is complete. If the class is full you will be notified immediately. After registration is complete, refunds will not be offered for any classes. Make check or money order payable to MedStar Washington Hospital Center and mail to:
