MedStar Washington Hospital Center, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and NBC4 have teamed up to bring you two heart healthy cooking demonstrations with Top Chef All Star Carla Hall and two Hospital Center cardiologists. The first event held on November 19, 2010, showed heart healthy Thanksgiving side dishes. The second event held on May 7, 2011 demonstrated the preparation of heart healthy microwavable entrees.
