Packages

Basic Package

The Basic Package includes:

• Internal Medicine Consultation--extensive medical history and complete physical exam
• Comprehensive Laboratory Work-up--blood chemistry and urinalysis tests: screens for diabetes, anemia, cholesterol, liver and kidney conditions, and other ailments (includes: prostate specific antigen test--men, and thyroid stimulating hormone test--women)
• Pulmonary Screening--screens for lung mass, and pulmonary disorders
• Electrocardiogram (EKG)--pinpoints cardiac abnormalities
• Skin Cancer Screening--full body screening that detects precancerous and cancerous abnormalities
• Mammogram & Gynocology Consultation--screening for breast and cervical cancers (women)
• Prostate Screening--detects prostate cancer or abnormalities (men)
• Opthalmology Exam--screens for vision changes and conditions such as glaucoma
• Hearing Exam--screens for hearing loss and other abnormalities
• Nutrition Consultation--evaluates your dietary habits and provides nutrition recommendations

All tests are followed by a final interview with an internal medicine physician where all results and diagnostic tests are thoroughly reviewed. At this point, you will receive recommendations for any follow up exams and suggestions for next steps.

Premium Package

Includes all of the exams and screenings in the Basic Package; plus:

• Osteoporosis Screening--bone mineral density scan screens for bone loss and allows for preventive measures
• Abdominal Ultrasound--screening of the liver, kidney, gallbladder, and pancreas
• Basic Cardiac Stress Test--treadmill electrocardiogram exam screens for early signs of hypertension and potential cardiac blockages
• Flexible Sigmoidoscopy--exam detects precancerous or cancerous polyps and some cancers in the lower intestinal tract

All tests are followed by a final interview with an internal medicine physician where all results and diagnostic tests and thoroughly reviewed. At this point, you will receive recommendations for any follow up exams and suggestions for next steps.

Platinum Package

Includes all of the exams and screenings in the Basic and Premium Packages, plus:

• Cardiac Risk Assessment--stress/echocardiogram testing evaluates the heart during rest and exercise; detects even minor coronary insufficiencies (including consultation with cardiologist)
• Colonoscopy--most comprehensive screening offered to detect precancerous and cancerous polyps throughout the lower intestinal tract

All tests are followed by a final interview with an internal medicine physician where all results and diagnostic tests are thoroughly reviewed. At this point, you will receive recommendations for any follow up exams and suggestions for next steps.
