Speaker's Bureau
The Office of Community Relations offers Wellness Matters, a speaker's bureau providing experts on various health-related topics. Hospital Center physicians and allied health professionals speak at churches, civic associations and other organizations on a variety of health topics. To schedule a speaker, please call 202-877-6213.
Mama & Baby Bus 
This mobile health clinic, a partnership with March of Dimes , Mary's Center and Washington Hospital Center, offers a range of services at locations in Wards 1, 2, 4 and 5 every month. Most of these services are free to everyone; however, the majority of services are for pregnant women, women of child bearing age, and their children. They include pregnancy and HIV/AIDs tests and counseling, blood pressure screenings and more. Dental services are also available on a sliding scale and to individuals with Medicaid.
