Parent Services

Women's Services at MedStar Washington Hospital Center is committed to providing health and wellness programs to women throughout their lives. Parent Services supports expectant parent's needs by offering a wide range of classes designed to help families prepare for the baby's arrival. Our programs are designed with every family member in mind. Families have the opportunity to learn more about prepared childbirth, breast feeding, infant care and safety, sibling adjustment, parenting and grandparenting skills, and more.

Our parent services office provides fast and courteous assistance with class registration. Free parking and refreshments are provided for class participants. Class sizes are limited to ensure optimum interaction with instructors.
