Gold Level

Members of the Gold level will be asked to contribute in one of two ways. First, a member may agree to donate a minimum of $250,000 prior to the opening of the MOST Laboratory, or a party may contribute $450,000 in non-cash gifts prior to the opening.  In return, the member will receive a seven (7) year waiver of the facility rental fee.  During the first five (5) years, applicable charges, excluding rental fees, will be provided at break-even discounts.  At the end of five (5) years, the rental fees will still be waived, but all other charges will be discounted at a lower rate.

The second manner in which a party may become a Gold level member is an annual contribution of a minimum of $50,000 for five (5) years.  Alternatively, this member may agree to provide annual non-cash gifts, in lieu of a cash contribution. Non-cash contributions will be valued at an alternative rate of 50% of cash value.  The Annual Gold level member will receive a five (5) year waiver of facility rental fees and all applicable charges during those five (5) years will be discounted.

All non-cash gifts of equipment must be new equipment or refurbished equipment with a guaranteed service agreement.

Gold level will be given the next opportunity, after the Foundation level, to have access to the MOST Lab.

Silver Level

Members of the Silver level will be asked to contribute in either of two (2) ways.  First, a member may agree to donate a minimum of $100,000 prior to the opening of the MOST Lab, or a party may contribute $250,000 in non-cash gifts prior to the opening.  In return, the member will receive a two (2) year waiver of the facility rental fee. During these two (2) years, applicable charges, excluding rental fees, will be provided at a discounted rate.  At the end of the two (2) years, all charges will be discounted at a lower rate.

A party may also choose to agree to make annual contributions of either $50,000 or non-cash gifts of at least $100,000.  Members must agree to contribute these donations for a minimum of two (2) years. Each year, in which such a donation is provided, an Annual Silver level member will receive the following benefits:

Silver level will be given the next opportunity, after the Foundation and Gold levels, to have access to the MOST Lab.

Bronze Level

Members of the Bronze level will be asked to contribute in either of two ways. First, a member may agree to donate a minimum of $50,000 prior to the opening of the MOST Lab, or a party may contribute $25,000 in non-cash gifts prior to the opening.  In return, the member will receive a one (1) year waiver of the facility rental fee.  During this year, applicable charges, excluding rental fees, will be provided at a discounted rate. At the end of the year, all charges will be discounted at a lower rate.

A party may also choose to agree to make annual contributions of either $25,000 or non-cash gifts of at least $75,000.  Members must agree to contribute these donations for a minimum of two (2) years. Each year, in which such a donation is provided, an Annual Bronze level member will receive the following benefits:

The remaining dates will be made available to outside parties who will be billed full prices for all categories of costs.

Bronze level will be given the next opportunity, after the Foundation, Gold, and Silver levels, to have access to the MOST Lab.
