Mission/ Vision

The MedStar Health System and the Sports Medicine Services at Washington Hospital Center, in association with selected corporate partners, are committed to the design and development of the premier facility for instruction and advancement of surgical skills. 

This venue will be dedicated to the concept that a combination of didactic interaction and practical hands-on learning optimizes the surgeon’s academic experience.  The facility will be administered with the most professional and fiscal integrity, to be a model for education in orthopaedic surgery and other surgical subspecialties.
