CME Transcript Access

MedStar Washington Hospital Center’s Department of Continuing Medical Education and Quality Training now provides participant access to their CME transcripts for MWHC certified activities online. We provide AMA-PRA Category 1 credits for physicians and nurse practitioners as well as participation credits for CME certified activities for residents, fellows, nurses, advance practice clinicians and allied health professionals. The transcript lists activities from January 1, 2008 to the present and includes:

Full-day conferences

Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) activities:

• Grand rounds
• M&M conferences
• Journal clubs
• Case conferences
• Lecture series
• Dinner meetings

Access Your CME Transcript
If you have attended activities that were certified by MedStar Washington Hospital Center’s (MWHC) CME department, you can view and print a transcript of your participation in these activities. This transcript replaces the certificates formerly sent by the MWHC CME department. The MWHC CME department tracks AMA-PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.

Incomplete Transcripts
If you attended an annual or non-recurring conference, CME credits are applied after you have completed your online evaluation for that conference.

If you attended a Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) such as grand rounds, M&M, journal club, case conference, lecture series, or a dinner meeting, credits are added to transcripts quarterly. Please note - attendance is only recorded for the dates you signed in.

If the data on your transcript are incorrect, please email WHCCME@gmail.com with the name(s) and exact dates of the activities you attended. We will look into this issue and respond to you within 3 business days.
