Forgot Your Username and/or Password?

If you do not know your user name and/or password, please use the link below to be taken to the login screen and then click the “Forgot Your Password” link. Enter your email address (if you have more than one email address, please try each one) into the box labeled “Forgot Your Password” and click “Submit”.You should see the message “Your password has been sent to you. Please check your email now.”  You will receive an email from WHCCME@gmail.com with your username and password.

If, after entering several different email addresses, you still get the message “The email you provided is not in the system, please enter a different email address”, please send an email with the subject line Account Reset Request to WHCCME@gmail.com.

In order for us to identify your existing CME account, please provide the following information in the body of the email:
Preferred email address
First name
Last name
Degree
Organization
Phone number
Medical specialty

An email with your username and password will be sent to you by the end of the next business day.
