Applicants to graduate medical education programs participating in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) must complete the ERAS online application and transmit the following supporting documents:
- Medical School Transcript
- Dean’s Letter
- Personal Statement
- Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
- ECFMG Certification or USMLE Scores
- Curriculum Vitae
